Our approach
Patient where it pays, quick where it counts.
A cashew tree does not care about a quarterly target, and a commercial kitchen cannot wait a week for gas. Running both means holding two different clocks at once, and staffing each business for the clock it actually runs on.
So the farms are managed for the decade, the energy business for the day, and the technology and property work somewhere in between. Nobody is asked to pretend otherwise.
