The company
Tenby Nigeria Limited is a holding company. It owns and runs a small group of operating businesses: Craddule in technology, Tenby Farms in agriculture, Tenby Energy in cooking gas and renewable supply, Tenby Properties in real estate, and Tenby Beach Resort in hospitality.
The businesses are separate in their day to day work. They share a registered office, a set of standards, and the same people at the top. Beyond that, a plantation manager and a funding desk have little reason to run the same way, and we do not make them.
How we work
Oil palm and cashew take years before a first meaningful harvest, and good property takes patience too. We plan those on the timeline the asset actually has, not the one that reads better on paper.
Gas is delivered by people who know the route. Crops are managed by people who walk the rows. The head office is in Lagos, and it stays close enough to the work to be useful rather than decorative.
Every business has someone whose name is on it. That is easier to run, easier to fix, and easier to be honest about when something goes wrong.
The businesses
Technology
Craddule is the group's technology business. It helps early-stage companies become better prepared for growth, connecting funding readiness with the compliance work that supports a company's ability to operate and grow responsibly.
The work runs in order: understanding the business, identifying readiness gaps, building a path forward, preparing for growth conversations, and continuing as the company develops.
Agriculture
Three crops are planted: oil palm, cashew and cassava. The tree crops are the long position and cassava carries the years in between. Tenby Fish Farm is being set up alongside them, and Tenby Agro Processing is planned so that more of the value stays near the fields.
Energy
Cooking gas is supplied to commercial users whose operations depend on regular energy supply, on a model built around planned supply rather than one-off purchases. Gas hubs and renewable energy solutions are the next step, and Tenby Energy Technologies is in development.
Real Estate
The group invests in residential and commercial property, primarily in Lagos. These are held positions rather than quick trades, and they are assessed on location and build quality first.
Hospitality
Tenby Beach Resort is the group's hospitality project on the coast, built around the simple idea that a guest should get exactly what they were promised.
